“No one trips over mountains, it’s the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Cross all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain.” ~ Author Unknown. This quote exactly describes my intentions and approach in getting more flexible in my back. I tried @Kinoyoga version and while I was able to find the balance on the forearms and tuck my knees in I had zero bend in the back. I realized that @beachyogagirl version helps me get the bendy feeling in my back even if I’m not completely bending. It’s a good place to start Day 28 of #JourneytoHandstand @beachyogagirl @kinoyoga @aloyoga. #Brooklyn #yogamen #yoganyc #yogalove #yogateaching #nycyoga #yogabrooklyn #brooklynyoga #mensyoga #MyYogaLife @yoga @the_gift_of_yoga @mens_yoga #dailyyoga #JourneytoHandstand #yogaeveryday #stopdropandyoga #yogateaching #goodyoga #iloveyoga #YogaInThePark #NYC #theartofyoga #thegiftofyoga #yogamedicine #liveDYLN #lifeisjoyfull #YogisBreatheFree #MakeLoveLocks

Awesome!!
Thank you @kiarascurasl and @jenzette
Sounds like my back!
@justa_lilcrunchy absolutely. Be kind to your body. No angry with yoga. I took a 3 hour workshop today about anatomy in yoga. And it is amazing how different individual bodies are. My mind was blown
Love it…cross the pebbles to cross the mountain. Beautiful words, beautiful practice. You inspire ❤️
@yogisoli I would really enjoy an anatomy class! I am very interested in the “why” and “how” our bodies work the way they do!
@leilei1215
@justa_lilcrunchy it is fascinating stuff
I have never done hollowback, and I had a hard time getting the feel of it, so I did this version too.
