# Return Policy

At Make Interactive LLC, we stand behind every product we sell.

Because our items are personalized and made specifically for each customer, personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded due to customer-submitted errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, names, numbers, or other personalization details entered at checkout.

Please review all personalization carefully before submitting your order.

If a mistake is made in the personalization details provided by the customer, we are happy to offer a replacement item at a 10% discount.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, damage, or an engraving/personalization error made by Make Interactive LLC, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at our discretion. If the mistake was ours, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

## Returns for Defective Items

To be eligible for a return related to a defective item, the item must be returned in its original packaging and, where applicable, in new condition.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

## Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Personalized or custom items due to customer-submitted errors
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific item.

## Exchanges and Replacements

If you need a corrected item because of a customer-submitted personalization error, we offer a replacement at a 10% discount.

If a correction is needed because of our error or because the item is defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

## European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable law. However, this right may not apply to personalized or custom-made goods created to your specifications.

## Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective products or errors made by Make Interactive LLC.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
